About the position

The Database Migration Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of database migration projects. This role involves managing project documentation, analyzing risks, and ensuring that project deliverables meet the required standards. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to support ongoing processes effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project management support
• Create project documentation including status reports, project schedules, and meeting minutes
• Plan activities and resources for the project
• Analyze project risks and issues, and identify mitigation strategies
• Monitor project deliverables and processes
• Conduct cost/benefit analysis for project decisions
• Document specifications and track requirements
• Support ongoing processes and evaluate improvements as needed

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in database migration and upgrades
• 8+ years of experience in understanding data structure and organization
