This is a hands-on position with the successful applicant ready and able to assist with time-sensitive project issues and customer escalations. The role will look for efficiencies to improve quality and opportunities to advance the team capability through automation and education. This role requires excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage many concurrent projects. The applicant will spend most of their time managing the day-to-day operations of the team, responding to the needs of the customer base on an as-needed basis. The tasks may concern routine database maintenance, rapid response to unexpected outages or availability issues, or identifying and managing projects to continuously improve the quality of service provided to our users.
