About the position

The Database Reporting Consultant role focuses on setting up and managing the technical aspects of the organization's cross-functional intake and reporting system using Smartsheets. This position aims to enhance visibility and insight into projects managed by the GTM and Sales Enablement teams through effective use of Smartsheets and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up the technical aspects of the organization's cross-functional intake and reporting system via Smartsheets.
• Link the reporting system to an executive calendar to create visibility into ongoing projects.
• Design custom intake forms and project management trackers using Smartsheets.
• Create reporting dashboards using Smartsheets.
• Develop and maintain systems documentation.
• Collaborate with business users and support staff to resolve issues with custom applications.
• Investigate and develop fixes for existing supported applications.
• Identify features, advantages, and disadvantages of various software applications.
• Research and review solutions to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Advanced Smartsheets skills
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for calculations and coding
• 3-5 years of experience in relevant skills
• Technical degree or related work experience
