About the position

The Database Marketing Representative is responsible for overseeing and executing all elements of direct marketing campaigns at Mystic Lake Casino. This role involves utilizing the guest database to provide reports and recommendations for CRM campaigns, ensuring successful execution across various channels, and maintaining data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Work with management to ensure successful execution of all CRM campaigns involving various deployment channels including US Mail, e-mail, text, and push messaging.
• Responsible for distribution of all CRM projects for events and promotional offers.
• Assist in designing components of campaigns, including the development of coupon offers.
• Provide pre and post campaign analysis.
• Update, monitor, and track multiple databases used for all CRM campaigns.
• Verify the integrity of data and reports while correcting inconsistencies in the data and/or the systems.
• Ensure successful updates and maintain data integrity within the master email database.
• Help identify new potential marketing campaigns including target audience identification, set-up, deployment, and post campaign analysis.
• Recommend methods to increase return numbers and drive increased gaming revenue.
• Interact with vendors to ensure compliance and quality of direct mailings.
• Assist with guest conflict resolution regarding direct mail coupon offers.
• Cross-train on direct marketing campaigns to successfully complete all elements of a direct marketing campaign.
• Provide on-site assistance with promotional events as needed.

Requirements

• Any combination of post-secondary education and/or related experience in marketing or database/analytics.
• Proficiency in word-processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, and electronic mail software.
• Relational database experience preferred, with SQL Server and MS Access being a plus.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse population.
• Excellent time management and decision-making skills.
