The Lead Systems Reporting Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering high-level business intelligence (BI) reporting solutions for Federal and Department of Defense (DoD) clients. This position requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of progressive experience in the field of business intelligence, particularly in IT programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in creating and managing custom BI reports, with at least 5 years of experience specifically tailored to Federal or DoD clients. A critical aspect of this role is the ability to utilize Oracle SQL scripting effectively, as it is essential for the development of complex reports and data retrieval processes. In this position, the Lead Systems Reporting Analyst will be responsible for overseeing all reporting solutions, which includes conducting technical and factual research, gathering requirements, and verifying existing data records. The candidate will retrieve data from existing databases and compile case-related information, ensuring that all deliverables meet contract expectations. The role also involves direct supervision of Programmer Analyst and Sr. Systems Engineer personnel, providing guidance and support in a player-coach capacity. The candidate will attend meetings with both internal and external clients, addressing any data or reporting-related inquiries and effectively communicating with upper management regarding reporting needs. The Lead Systems Reporting Analyst will also be tasked with designing and developing systems and procedures for tracking, controlling, and managing the completion of duties. This includes training and motivating team members to ensure compliance with the program's contractual requirements. The position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong client-facing and customer service skills. A current SCRUM or PMP certification is strongly desired, along with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
