About the position

As a Databricks Data Architect at Accenture, you will lead technology innovation for clients by delivering world-class data and AI solutions. Responsibilities

  • Lead technology innovation for clients through the delivery of data and AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with technology and data experts to address complex business challenges.
  • Work in roles such as Cloud Data Engineer, Data Modeler, or Data Architect.
  • Manage aspects of Data including Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Migration.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Databricks engineering solutions on a Cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Data Architecture and delivery on a Cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Big Data/Hadoop, database, and data warehouse architecture and delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 12 years), or an Associate degree with a minimum of 6 years of equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certifications: Lakehouse Fundamentals, Developer Foundations Capstone, Developer Essentials Capstone, etc.
  • Extensive hands-on experience implementing Lakehouse architecture using Databricks Data Engineering platform, SQL Analytics, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog.
  • Extensive hands-on experience implementing serverless real-time/near real-time architecture using Cloud native services and Spark technologies.
  • Familiarity with the Technology stack for data management, ingestion, processing, and curation.
  • Experience in data governance fields such as lineage, quality, and catalog.
