As a Databricks Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of data pipelines and analytics solutions within a cloud-based environment. This position requires a strong background in Databricks and Apache Spark, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for optimizing ETL processes and providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and productivity. Your role will also involve conducting comprehensive code reviews and establishing quality assurance processes to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects. In addition to technical responsibilities, you will participate in technical discussions and feasibility studies, providing insights on technical alternatives, best packages, and architecture best practices. Collaboration with stakeholders is key, as you will define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while preparing and submitting status reports to minimize exposure and manage escalations effectively. This is an onsite role located in Phoenix, AZ, and requires a commitment to process compliance and adherence to coding standards.

Responsibilities
