The Digital and IT Team lead is responsible for leading and executing IT Infrastructure supporting our Enterprise Database & Storage teams. This role will be part of Parker's Enterprise Data Center Operations team, providing support to Corporate IT and focusing on the continuous improvement of the IT strategic vision and roadmap. This position does have direct reports and works with Division staff and other Corporate IT staff under the direction and guidance of Enterprise management. The role involves supervising project leaders and technical analysts while maintaining operational relationships with vendors and Parker locations. The essential functions of this position include creating standards for IT systems and services to provide flexibility and maintainability, interfacing and aligning with infrastructure teams across the organization, and communicating with internal and external customers to resolve technical and business-related issues. The manager will foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment, stay abreast of IT infrastructure trends and best practices, and identify deficiencies in IT systems while recommending solutions and improvements. Additionally, the manager will implement and maintain IT systems and services, train and develop staff, provide training materials and education to users, and direct the planning and scheduling of development and implementation of IT capabilities.
