About the position

The Datacenter Server Technician at Maintech, Incorporated is responsible for performing quality checks and testing on server components, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation of procedures. This role supports the logistics team and requires a strong attention to detail and communication skills, as well as a solid background in server platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality check and testing on server components
• Keep a log on activity and provide accurate reporting upon request
• Create and document test procedures on various products and equipment
• Assist logistics team with system transactions, equipment and spare part audits, and prepping parts for return to stock.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience on server platforms
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail
• Superior communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel required
• Knowledge of OEM equipment (Dell/HPE/Lenovo)
