About the position

The Datacenter Technician - Intermediate role at TekWissen Group involves providing engineering expertise for the deployment and maintenance of new product introduction (NPI) server products. The technician will work closely with various technical teams and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and validation of client server hardware infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering expertise to technical teams spanning multiple disciplines and geographies
• Engage with internal stakeholders in product planning, development, and validation activities
• Deploy and maintain NPI server products while partnering with other engineers and contractors
• Track and report status vs. objectives throughout the lifecycle of the program

Requirements

• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• High attention to detail and good follow through in a fast pace environment
• Experience in areas of data center system deployment, software deployment, and validation
• Familiarity with testing tools, methodologies, and defect tracking
• Ability to function independently with little direct supervision
• 2 - 5 years experience in high tech industry
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
• Skilled in MS Office tool suites, Confluence, MS Sharepoint
