Responsibilities

• Handle basic remote hands requests from customers, including equipment installation, cabling, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in basic maintenance of data center equipment, such as racking and stacking servers and storage systems.
• Identify and resolve basic network, hardware, and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support to customers and colleagues.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.
• Follow established procedures and processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of data center hardware, software, and networking is a plus.
• The ability to troubleshoot fundamental technical issues is a plus.
