About The Position
The Data Center Technician at Insight Global is responsible for supporting company-specific servers and assisting with data center buildouts at customer locations. This role requires a blend of technical hardware skills, physical network setup expertise, and strong communication abilities. The technician will also mentor and train other service technicians, create documentation, and contribute to the knowledge library.
