About The Position
The Data-center Test Technician at Insight Global is responsible for performing comprehensive hardware failure analysis to ensure the quality of products and systems. This role involves reconfiguring hardware and firmware, running diagnostics, and troubleshooting systems. The technician will also provide break-fix support for new rack deployments and assist with incident management and project-related activities in the data center environment.
