About the position

The Day Porter position at Local Cleaners LLC involves maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities to enhance client experiences. The role requires a thorough individual who can meet cleanliness standards and provide excellent customer service while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Comply with health and safety regulations and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
• Clean designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)
• Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies
• Wash windows, windowsills, doors, and spot clean interior walls as needed
• Disinfect work areas, doorknobs, and other high-touch areas
• Perform periodic deep-cleans on all designated areas
• Empty trash and remove for pickup and disposal

Requirements

• Proven cleaning experience demonstrated on resume, if no cleaning experience, then be able to learn
• Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated
• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
• Knowledge of English language
• High School Degree / GED (PREFERRED)
• Previous cleaning experience within the last two years (STRONGLY RECOMMENDED)
• Minimum of 18 years of age (PREFERRED)
• Reliable transportation is REQUIRED to get to cleaning location
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
• Capable of speaking, writing, and reading English
