As a Day Program Direct Support Associate at Easterseals New Hampshire, you will engage with individuals with diverse abilities, assisting them in various community activities aimed at promoting independence. This role involves providing both supervision and hands-on support during vocational activities, cooking classes, and recreational events, ensuring a positive and enriching experience for participants.
Responsibilities
- Participate alongside individuals in community activities.
- Provide supervision and hand-over-hand assistance as needed.
- Support individuals during work, cooking classes, yoga, and other vocational activities.
- Encourage and assist individuals in achieving greater independence.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with automobile insurance.
