This role involves providing exceptional care and training to dogs in a day school setting, utilizing positive reinforcement techniques. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and engaging environment for the dogs while promoting positive behaviors and socialization skills.

Responsibilities

• Teaching polite play to dog students
• Implementing positive reinforcement training during school hours
• Facilitating proper socialization in the school program
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for puppies and dogs
• Providing care for adult dogs attending the day school program

Requirements

• Experience with positive dog training
• Dog handling experience
• CPDT-KA Certification
• Customer service skills
• Valid Driver's License

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year of dog training experience (preferred)
