About the position
The Day Shift Hourly Associate position at Kreate involves operating injection molding machines to produce quality products that meet production standards. The role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety and quality protocols.
Responsibilities
- Run various injection molding machines to produce quality products.
- Maintain efficiency to the approved standard.
- Inspect items and sort them to ensure they are defect-free.
- Prep products via deburring and cleaning to meet product standards.
- Inspect and pack products according to standards.
- Maintain work area and equipment by cleaning and organizing.
- Provide accurate production reporting and scrap counts at the end of the shift.
- Communicate with the previous shift to receive important job information.
- Communicate with Team Leaders and supervisors regarding issues.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate required.
- Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced environment, including long periods of standing.
- Basic math skills are necessary.
- Attention to detail is imperative.
- Ability to multi-task is required.
- Must be able to lift heavy boxes regularly.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
