Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and implementing the daily program under the direction of the Head Teacher.
  • Assist in planning and preparing the learning environment and preparing needed materials and supplies.
  • Supervise the program when Head Teacher is out of the room.
  • Attend required staff meetings, training programs, and conferences.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or its equivalent.
  • One year of experience in child care, early childhood, or a related program, or three years of experience in early childhood or a related program.
  • A warm and friendly personality, sensitive to the feelings and needs of others.
  • Ability to relate well to both children and adults.
  • Willingness to fulfill responsibilities in accordance with center philosophy.
