About the position
Fun Little Years childcare is seeking a full-time daycare teacher for a classroom of 2-year-olds. The ideal candidate will be energetic, loving, compassionate, and responsible, with a commitment to performing job duties effectively. The role requires punctuality and the ability to work Monday through Friday, with a focus on creating a nurturing environment for young children.
Responsibilities
- Teach and care for children in the 2-year-old classroom.
- Create a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities.
- Monitor and assess children's development and progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
Requirements
- Valid Teaching Certification license.
- Valid Child Development Associate Certification (preferred).
- 1 year of teaching experience (preferred).
- 1 year of childcare experience (preferred).
