Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices.
• Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to engage students effectively.
• Familiarity with toddler care techniques and behavior management strategies.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• A degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues in a professional manner.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young learners are essential traits for this role.
