Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a childcare center.

• Ability to pass a national criminal background check.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Professional and positive attitude.

• Experience with Quality Care is a plus.
• Ability to drive a small bus is a huge plus.
• Comfort with singing and engaging in child humor.
• Knowledge of popular children's media and personalities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment.
• Implement the provided curriculum while adding personal creative activities.
• Keep appropriate logs and ensure compliance with Quality Care standards.
• Engage with children through play and educational activities.
• Communicate effectively with staff and parents in both verbal and written forms.
• Supervise and ensure the safety of children during activities.
• Participate in staff recognition events and training sessions.
