Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll implementations in a functional lead role.
• Design, implement, improve, and support Payroll business processes in a Dayforce environment.
• Lead client workshops, status meetings, and other project team meetings.
• Provide consistent and accurate communication of status to clients and leadership.
• Build client relationships and manage expectations with scope, service, and delivery.
• Participate in and balance multiple client engagements while supporting team leaders in managing day-to-day activities.
• Supervise and actively participate in project teams to create an atmosphere of trust.
• Seek diverse views to foster inclusion, improvement, and innovation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to manage the identification and addressing of client needs.
• Proven record of executing payroll implementations in a functional lead role.
• Experience in designing, building, testing, and deploying Dayforce solutions.
• Ability to manage engagements and prepare high-quality deliverables.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to bring order to unstructured problems.
