CareGivers Home Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Aides (PCA). This position is ideal for certified PCAs, HHAs, or CNAs, as well as those with caregiving experience who are looking for a flexible job opportunity. As a PCA, you will provide essential personal care services to clients in their homes, ensuring they feel safe, clean, and comfortable. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication management. The job offers flexible scheduling options, allowing you to choose shifts that fit your availability. Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care services to clients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene and grooming tasks.
  • Prepare meals and learn new recipes to cater to clients' dietary needs.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy living environment for clients.
  • Ensure clients follow their medication schedules accurately.
  • Run errands and assist clients with shopping as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be a certified PCA, HHA, or CNA.
  • At least 3 months of previous caregiving experience in the last three years is preferred.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for transportation.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must meet health requirements and be dependable.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in caregiving or home health care is a plus.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to clients' needs quickly.
