CareGivers Home Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Aides in Massena, NY. This position is ideal for certified Personal Care Aides (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) who are looking for a flexible work schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personal care services to clients, which may include assisting with bathing, grooming, and dressing. You will also help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders to ensure that clients are following their prescribed health regimens. Your day-to-day tasks will vary based on the needs of each client, and you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while making a positive impact in their lives. Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
- Ensure clients follow their medication schedules and provide reminders as needed.
- Transport clients for errands or appointments using a reliable vehicle.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
Requirements
- Must be a certified PCA, HHA, or CNA.
- Must have at least 3 months of previous caregiving experience in the last three years or qualify through a free one-day competency training class.
- Must be caring, dependable, and meet health requirements.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Must be 18 years or older.

- Experience in caregiving roles such as DSP or private caregivers.
- Qualified nursing students may also apply.
