About the position

As an Assistant Manager at Turning Point, you will play a crucial role in shaping the team culture and enhancing guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, and fostering a fun and rewarding work environment. You will work closely with the District Manager to achieve operational goals related to sales, costs, and team retention, while also focusing on employee appreciation and guest satisfaction.
