About the position
The DB2 Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the DB2 database environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain DB2 database environments.
- Install, configure, and maintain DB2 databases.
- Monitor database performance, security, and backup/recovery.
- Optimize database configuration for improved performance.
- Troubleshoot database issues and resolve errors.
- Provide support for database users and developers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in DB2 administration.
- Strong knowledge of DB2 database management system.
- Experience with DB2 tools (e.g., DB2 Control Center, DB2 Data Studio).
