Cognizant is seeking a DBA / Oracle PL SQL Developer to join our team in Morrisville, NC. This is a full-time position that offers a hybrid work model, requiring three days onsite. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Oracle database applications using PL/SQL. Your responsibilities will include creating database objects such as tables, views, packages, procedures, and functions. You will also design and develop SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and functions, while optimizing database performance through tuning SQL queries and PL/SQL code. Additionally, you will develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of the PL/SQL code, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PL/SQL code, and write technical documents and user manuals to support the applications you develop.
