In this role, you will be responsible for executing order fulfillment processes, which include picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently according to established procedures. Additionally, you will operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including warehouse associates, supervisors, and logistics coordinators, will be necessary to achieve department goals. You will also be expected to identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute ideas for continuous improvement initiatives. Finally, maintaining accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and shipping manifests using computerized systems or manual logs will be part of your responsibilities.
