As a Seasonal Warehouse Associate at our Tucson Distribution Center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products reach our stores efficiently and effectively. Our Distribution Centers are the backbone of our operations, facilitating the movement of inventory to our TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Sierra, Winners, and Homesense stores. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a close-knit team that values collaboration and growth. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks that are essential to the daily operations of our warehouse. Your duties will include counting, selecting, and sorting items such as totes, boxes, and merchandise. You will also match receipts against purchase orders, ticket merchandise using various methods, and pack or unpack items as needed. The role requires manual material handling, which involves lifting objects weighing up to 10 lbs. constantly, up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally. We offer competitive wages, with pay set at $17.00 per hour for both A and B shifts, along with a $1.75 hourly shift differential for eligible associates. Responsibilities
- Count, select and sort objects such as totes, boxes, merchandise, or other items as assigned
- Match receipts against purchase orders
- Ticket merchandise or other items with gum labels, ticketing gun, or pin tickets
- Pack or unpack merchandise
- Seal boxes for shipping when packing is completed
- Manual material handling of objects such as totes, boxes, garments or other items up to 10 lbs. constantly, up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally
