About the position

An unloader is responsible for unloading goods or cargo from trucks, ships, or other transportation vehicles. Their duties ensure that items are safely and efficiently removed and properly stored in a warehouse, distribution center, or retail environment. The position involves making a meaningful impact and driving positive change in the lives of customers and the communities served. The unloader will apply a positive and enthusiastic approach to customer service while maintaining professionalism and friendliness. They will be part of a team that celebrates achievements, promotes teamwork, and recognizes individual contributions.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
• Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars.
• Responsible for unloading all product off inbound trucks and moving to designated location.
• Responsible for maintaining continuity and flow of the receiving dock.
• Good organizational skill sets due to documentation needs.
• Ensure all quality and production goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• May be required to cross train and perform other duties.
