About the position

ENSCO Inc. is seeking a DCO-S Senior Project Coordinator to support the Defensive Cyber Operations for Space (DCO-S) program office, focusing on managing IT integration efforts and ensuring project performance for the Space Force customer. This role requires full-time in-office work in Colorado Springs, CO, and involves collaboration with mission partners, overseeing junior project managers, and contributing to continuous improvement in software development processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the DCO-S Mission Deployment Team, managing IT integration efforts of DCO tool suites from initial kickoff through transition to sustainment.
  • Engage with Space Force Mission partners and engineers to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget while meeting performance requirements.
  • Support the DCO-S program office alongside senior PMs and ENSCO's current team.
  • Travel with the DCO-S fielding team to CONUS and OCONUS sites for site surveys, installation, and post-installation test and evaluation activities.
  • Provide feedback to the support software development team in the successful Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) contributing to continuous improvement with DevSecOps.
  • Support systems engineering and integration of cyber relevant capabilities into Space Force's DCO-S mission systems.
  • Oversee and support junior project managers.

Requirements

  • MA/MS in IT, Cybersecurity, or Engineering disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of closely related experience.
  • 5 years working with Air Force or Space Force, IT/Cyber programs.
  • 5-year Cybersecurity, IT or network project management experience within DoD.
  • Operational experience supporting mission critical Space Force networks.
  • PMP and/or Project+ certification.
  • 8140 IT Project Manager Basic (GSEC, SEC+) or DoD 8140 Project Manager Advanced or higher certification (such as CCISO, CISM).
  • Experience using computers and software applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Detail-oriented with good organization skills.
  • Possess good oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • An active TS/SCI security clearance, for which you must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Experience with special access programs (SAP) and ability to attain this level of access.
