About the position
The DDMU Analyst position at Insight Global involves ensuring compliance with BSA procedures and managing daily responsibilities related to account reviews and due diligence. The role focuses on pre-approving international and PEP accounts, reviewing KYC documentation for high-risk accounts, and communicating deficiencies to Relationship Managers. The analyst will also enhance due diligence through internet research and participate in training new staff members.
Responsibilities
- Follow BSA procedures and workflow to ensure control of daily responsibilities.
- Pre-approve international and PEP accounts.
- Review KYC on all high-risk accounts for completeness and conciseness.
- Communicate deficiencies to the Relationship Managers.
- Obtain information from internet sources to enhance due diligence on all accounts.
- Attend compliance courses, seminars, conferences, and workshops to stay updated on regulatory developments.
- Identify negative news during the onboarding process and escalate to DDMU Manager.
- Participate in training of new staff members.
Requirements
- Knowledge of customer documentation in relation to the banking industry.
- Ability to manage multiple case loads simultaneously.
- PC proficiency using Microsoft Office and automated systems including informational databases.
- Strong prioritization skills and time management.
- Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000.
