Responsibilities

• Conduct assigned games according to Oneida procedures.
• Exchange cash for gaming chips and deal multiple card games.
• Provide quality customer service within the policies and expectations of the Table Games Department.
• Assist the Pit Managers in overseeing casino pit operations.
• Observe casino dealers to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Oversee and designate tables to casino dealers and ensure proper distribution of cards and dice.
• Promote Table Games to patrons and establish effective working relationships with customers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain game integrity.
• Track player activity and complete necessary documentation for accountability.

Requirements

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED Diploma, or HSED Certification required within one (1) year of employment.
• One (1) year of Table Games dealing experience preferred.
• Good math skills and ability to accurately record numbers and payouts.
• Ability to communicate, read, and write clearly in basic English.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in public relations.
• Knowledge of Blackjack and various Table Games.
