About the position

As a Dealer Operations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage and resolve post-funding issues involving dealer partners. This role is crucial in ensuring that dealer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our dealer partners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills, critical thinking abilities, and the capacity to navigate complex problems that may arise in the post-funding process. You will be expected to investigate and respond to accounts referred from servicing, ensuring that each situation is assessed thoroughly to determine the best course of action. In this position, you will facilitate ACA-initiated or dealer-requested buybacks, working closely with dealers to resolve any complaints related to mechanical issues. Your ability to collaborate with other agents within dealer operations will be essential in achieving the best possible outcomes for our partners. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively convey information and negotiate solutions. Additionally, you will need to be self-motivated and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, managing your work volume efficiently while maintaining excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and respond to accounts referred from servicing.

  • Resolve CXT complaints related to mechanical issues for the best possible outcome.
