About the position

The Dealer Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the Wisconsin market as part of the Independent Retail team. This remote position involves managing dealer inventories, onboarding new dealers, and promoting parts, service, and warranty support. The role requires a strong focus on sales strategy and execution, with a significant amount of travel expected to meet customer needs and attend industry events.

Responsibilities

• Grow, develop, and drive sales within a specific region or market
• Manage Dealer inventories to ensure appropriate category growth by market
• Execute New Dealers - Prospecting, Completing All Paperwork, On-Boarding of New Dealers, Training New Dealers
• Attend meetings and shows such as National Sales Training, Dealer Convention, Test Drive Events, Regional Meetings, etc.
• Promote Parts, Service, & Warranty
• Work with Dealers to resolve service issues, locate service bulletins, and handle returns
• Follow up on denied warranty claims and work with dealers on non-traditional warranties

Requirements

• 4-year degree preferred, or combination of additional experience and education
• Documented history of sales quota attainment/exceeding sales goals (2+ Years)
• 5+ years of successful performance selling into an Independent Retail Channel
• Ability to analyze data, develop strategic growth plans, and improve financial results within an Independent Dealer market
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel computer skills)
