About the position
The Table Games Dealer is responsible for the efficient and responsible operation of table games at the Seneca Gaming Corporation. This role involves conducting assigned games in accordance with the corporation's policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of customer service and adherence to internal control standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned table games efficiently and responsibly.
- Ensure compliance with Seneca Gaming Corporation's policies and procedures.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service to patrons.
- Resolve conflicts and problems in a diplomatic manner.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
- High School diploma or its equivalency required.
- Must successfully complete dealer training or have previous dealing experience.
- Fast and accurate in handling cash.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations with money.
- Excellent communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
