About the position
Cactus Petes Resort Casino is offering a paid training program for individuals interested in becoming dealers. The Dealer School will commence on September 3, 2024, providing an opportunity to learn how to play games professionally while having fun at work. Trainees will receive compensation during the training period and can transition into part-time positions after graduation.
Responsibilities
- Attend and complete the Dealer School training program.
- Learn the rules and procedures for various casino games.
- Practice dealing games in a simulated environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests during training.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- Ability to learn and understand game rules and procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
