About the position

Cactus Petes Resort Casino is offering a paid training program for individuals interested in becoming dealers. The Dealer School starts on February 4th, 2025, and provides an opportunity to learn how to play games professionally while earning a competitive wage during training. Graduates will have the chance to work part-time as dealers after completing the program.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete the Dealer School training program.
• Learn various casino games and dealer techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service to casino patrons.
• Handle cash and tips responsibly.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to learn and understand casino games.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
