About the position
We are seeking a highly skilled Dealer to join our team. As a Dealer, you will be responsible for operating table games and ensuring that all gaming activities are conducted in a professional and efficient manner. Your ultimate goal will be to provide an exceptional gaming experience for our customers while maintaining a high level of accuracy and integrity in all dealings with customers and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Operating table games in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Ensuring that all gaming activities are conducted in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and integrity in all dealings with customers
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Assisting with the training of new Dealers as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Dealer or in a similar role
- Excellent math skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming License
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with a variety of table games
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and procedures
- Ability to speak multiple languages
