About the position

Key Auto Group is seeking a Dealership Finance Manager who will play a crucial role in our sales team by providing recommendations and assistance to customers in arranging the financing of their vehicle purchases. This position is essential in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and positive experience when financing their vehicles. The Finance Manager will be responsible for presenting customers with additional product offerings that enhance their vehicle ownership experience, ensuring that sales are structured to maximize profitability while maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines. In this role, the Finance Manager will maintain proficiency and certifications as required, accurately desk deals, submit them to lenders for approval, and make informed credit decisions to effectively close deals. The Finance Manager will also prepare necessary paperwork and contracts, ensuring that every deal is fully aligned with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role involves auditing team deals post-sale to analyze for improvements and guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the overall success of the dealership. Responsibilities

  • Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases
  • Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
  • Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability
  • Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position
  • Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals
  • Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines
  • Prepare paperwork, contracts and deliver deals
  • Accurately audit team deals post-sale and deeply analyze for improvements
  • Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Eagerness to improve
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
  • Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
  • Well-versed in title laws and registration process
  • Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
  • Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
  • Valid driver's license
