Citrin is seeking a Dealership Hospitality Account Manager to join our leadership team at a Lincoln Dealership in Cincinnati, OH. The Dealership Hospitality Account Manager will play a crucial role in this mission, leading a team to deliver exceptional hospitality and service to our clients and their customers. The position involves participating in our Management Training Program, which prepares individuals for a successful career in management. This structured program lasts between 60 to 90 days, depending on prior experience, and includes comprehensive training in leadership, customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Trainees will work alongside experienced team members, gaining hands-on experience in our current locations and potentially traveling to new customer launches across the United States. The role requires a commitment to excellence and a focus on developing a high-performing team that embodies our values of service and hospitality. As a Dealership Hospitality Account Manager, you will oversee daily valet and vehicle delivery operations, motivate and empower your team, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure accountability to performance expectations. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in people and operations management, particularly in customer-focused environments.
