Citrin is seeking a Dealership Hospitality Account Manager to join our leadership team at a Lincoln Dealership in Cincinnati, OH. The Dealership Hospitality Account Manager will play a crucial role in this mission, leading a team to deliver exceptional hospitality and service to our clients and their customers. The position involves participating in our Management Training Program, which prepares individuals for a successful career in management. This structured program lasts between 60 to 90 days, depending on prior experience, and includes comprehensive training in leadership, customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Trainees will work alongside experienced team members, gaining hands-on experience in our current locations and potentially traveling to new customer launches across the United States. The role requires a commitment to excellence and a focus on developing a high-performing team that embodies our values of service and hospitality. As a Dealership Hospitality Account Manager, you will oversee daily valet and vehicle delivery operations, motivate and empower your team, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure accountability to performance expectations. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in people and operations management, particularly in customer-focused environments. The successful candidate will be the face of Citrin to our clients, helping to shape our organization for growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of daily valet and vehicle delivery operations for assigned location(s)
  • Become a leader with an entrepreneurial mentality and professional communication
  • Motivate and empower a team to provide world-class hospitality
  • Effectively manage people and hold them accountable to expectations
  • Create and manage the schedule, daily reports, and budget allocation

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required with the right experience
  • At least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer-focused environment
  • Sales, leadership, and hospitality experience in hotel, retail, commission sales, or restaurant environments
  • Participation or leadership in athletic/team activities, military, or community organizations
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no significant infractions
  • Must be available to work an average of 45 to 50 hours per week
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on record in the past 5 years
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
