Citrin is seeking a Dealership Hospitality Account Manager to join their leadership team in northern Cincinnati, OH. This full-time position focuses on overseeing daily valet operations and developing leadership skills through a structured management training program. Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily valet operations for assigned location(s)
• Motivate and empower a team to provide world-class hospitality
• Effectively manage people and hold them accountable to expectations
• Create and manage the schedule, daily reports, and budget allocation

Requirements

• At least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer-focused environment
• Valid driver's license with no significant infractions
• Must be available to work an average of 45 to 50 hours per week
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
• Experience in hospitality, retail, commission sales, or restaurant environments
