About the position

DealerFLEX is seeking a service-oriented Dealership Hospitality Manager with one of the top automotive dealerships in Doral, FL. This position is crucial for ensuring the operational and financial success of our client account. As the Dealership Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dealership and managing our employees on-site. This role requires a strong focus on employee development and adherence to company policies and procedures. You will report directly to the District Manager and will be expected to maintain high standards of service and safety operations. In this full-time position, you will have the opportunity for career advancement and will be part of a supportive team that values employee growth. The role includes onboarding, training, and managing employees, overseeing schedules and daily tasks, and working closely with HR to implement company initiatives. You will also conduct regular meetings with client account holders and assist with budgeting and payroll processes. Your leadership will be essential in mentoring team members and identifying individuals with management potential. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and the compensation ranges from $42,000 to $50,000 per year, along with monthly performance bonuses. Health insurance benefits and the option to join the company 401(k) plan after one year of service are also included.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard, train, and manage employees.
  • Oversee employee schedules and daily tasks.
  • Work with HR and the District Manager to administer company policies and initiatives.
  • Maintain all DealerFLEX standard operating procedures as outlined with our client.
  • Provide a daily review of safety operations.
  • Establish a regularly scheduled monthly meeting with client account holders.
  • Conduct a review of payroll and time and attendance.
  • Assist with the budgeting process.
  • Continuously train and educate staff on safety and service as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Mentor, review, and coach team members to identify individuals with management potential.
  • Perform other functions and duties as required for the safe and efficient operation of accounts assigned.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum 5 years of driving experience
  • Motor vehicle record free of any recent moving violations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
