About The Position
Key Auto Group is seeking a Dealership Product Specialist to join our team at Key Motors of Newport. As a Dealership Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional buying experience. You will be responsible for learning and understanding the features, advantages, and benefits of our vehicle products, and you will perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of both new and used vehicles. In this role, you will also demonstrate and explain new vehicle technology, including how to pair phones, navigate settings, and utilize other technological features. You will coordinate and schedule deliveries of new and used vehicles to customers, ensuring that all vehicles are cleaned, fueled, inspected, and ready for pick-up at promised times. Additionally, you will manage the appearance and placement of vehicles for sale, utilizing delivery checklists and calendars to ensure efficiency. We are looking for a self-starter with a passion for cars and a desire to learn, who possesses excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
