Camping World is seeking a Sales Development Representative who will play a crucial role in our enterprise-wide sales initiative. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities and traffic through the internet sales department, ensuring that you adhere to the scripts and talking points provided for each type of phone call initiated or received. In this role, you will be required to make outbound calls to 8-10 customers per hour, with the goal of scheduling sales appointments. You will also be responsible for recording and managing prospective customer information through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. A thorough knowledge of all current marketing campaigns is essential, as you will be tracking your personal results, including appointments, calls, sales, and engagements using the CRM system. Collaboration with the Sales Development Manager will be key to increasing the results of the department, and you will also aid in managing our online reputation through review sites and social media outlets. Experience with VinSolutions is considered a significant advantage. This position is full-time and offers a competitive pay range, along with variable compensation based on performance.
