About the position
The Dealership Valet, Service Porter, Lot Tech position at Citrin involves working in automotive dealerships to provide exceptional customer service and support. Responsibilities
- Work at automotive dealerships representing brands like BMW, Jeep, Mercedes, and more.
- Greet customers as they arrive.
- Move vehicles throughout the dealership.
- Transport customers in the Courtesy Shuttle.
- Pick up customer vehicles.
- Organize vehicle inventory around the dealership.
- Provide vehicle wash and quality control at some dealerships.
- Assist with various tasks as needed to learn the ins and outs of the dealership.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift.
- Professional appearance.
- Strong communication skills.
- Valid driver's license for at least one year (not including a learner's permit).
