About the position

A career within Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services, will provide you with the opportunity to be responsible for complex financial reporting issues around deals and other transformational events. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience.
• CPA License or equivalent accounting certification.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience managing teams with senior CMAAS practitioners and other professionals on complex accounting and financial reporting matters.
• Advising multi-national, publicly-traded companies and private equity firms on technical accounting, financial reporting, and capital markets topics.
• Experience with IPOs, debt offerings, private placements, carve-outs, acquisitions, restructurings, and GAAP conversions.
• Proven record of success in deals, capital markets, complex accounting and transactions-based activities.
• Experience in implementing and utilizing automation & digitization in a professional services environment.
