About the position

The Dean of Enrollment Operations at Tri-County Technical College is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for various enrollment operations, including Financial Aid, TC Central (One-Stop Services), Testing, and CRM Operations. This role aims to enhance student enrollment services by fostering a student-centered culture and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Dean will work autonomously, report to the VP of Student Affairs, and collaborate with various stakeholders to improve enrollment processes and student experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of an enrollment services operational unit in collaboration with the CAO and CSSO.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the college's student CRM to evaluate student progress from prospect through enrollment and retention.
  • Conduct performance analysis and develop interventions to improve the student enrollment experience.
  • Recommend and develop policies to implement effective enrollment services and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Supervise and evaluate teams in Financial Aid, TC Central, Testing, and CRM Administration.
  • Collaborate with IT to improve admissions, registration, and financial aid processes for students.
  • Serve on college cross-functional committees and represent the college on critical issues.

Requirements

  • A master's degree and experience in student services programs.
  • Strong working knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Ability to establish and implement strategic plans.
  • Proven effective management and leadership skills.
  • Experience with student information systems.
