About the position

The Dean of Enrollment Pathways at Tri-County Technical College is a leadership role responsible for overseeing all enrollment pathways for both credit and non-credit students. This position collaborates with various departments to enhance recruitment, admissions, and orientation processes, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective and current students. The Dean will also lead community outreach efforts, develop partnerships with educational and industry stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. This role is critical in shaping the college's strategic vision for student enrollment and success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, vision, and direction for all enrollment pathways into the college.
  • Direct the development and implementation of a comprehensive framework for enrollment pathways.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing and recruitment strategies with college priorities.
  • Lead outreach initiatives to build credit and non-credit enrollment, focusing on underserved populations.
  • Supervise and develop a high-performing team in Recruitment, Admissions, and Orientation.
  • Ensure compliance with admission policies and processes, analyzing trends related to recruitment and enrollment.
  • Serve on cross-functional committees and represent the college on critical issues.

Requirements

  • A master's degree and experience in student services programs.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of student development and enrollment processes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in strategic leadership and long-term planning.
  • Knowledge of higher education processes for recruitment and admissions.
  • Experience with high school dual enrollment partnerships and four-year college transfer partnerships.
