About the position
The Dean of Instruction provides coaching and support to classroom teachers to ensure the continuous development of instructional skills among assigned teachers. This role involves observing the performance of assigned classroom teachers to support growth through structured collaboration planning. Additionally, the Dean assists the principal in the overall monitoring of the instructional programs and student services to ensure appropriate implementation of instructional guidelines.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Master's degree from an accredited university required.
- Valid Texas teaching certificate.
- 5 years of successful teaching experience in subject area assigned.
Nice-to-haves
- Valid Texas Principal or Mid Management Certificate preferred.
- Knowledge of curriculum design and implementation.
- Ability to interpret data and evaluate instruction programs and teaching effectiveness.
- Ability to develop and deliver training to adult learners.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
